The supported languages include French, German, Hindi, Cantonese, and Arabic dialects. Open the list below to see all 92 languages.

Choose a language for yourself

Open the language control on your translation and choose the language you want to read. When writing with /t, choose the language you want to send instead. Your result stays private unless you copy and share it.

Follow the steps to read a message or write a reply.

Choose languages for a channel

Pick two main languages for the channel. An English–Japanese pair translates English messages into Japanese and Japanese messages into English when the source language is recognized. Very short or unclear text may not produce an automatic reply.

You can add extra languages, up to eight languages in total. For example, keep English and Japanese as the main pair and offer Spanish on request. Extra languages can be automatic or on request; private results are always on request.

Changing the website language

The language menu on this website changes the guide you are reading. It does not change your Discord translation language. The website and app have nine interface languages; the translation list is larger.

Before you send an important message

Read the translation once before sharing it. Names, jokes, short replies, and mixed-language messages can need a correction, even in a supported language.
